  I've had no problems with this boots before until I went to buy some hair dye and the woman that servered me was very rude. She had a full on conversation to the woman in front of me and was very polite but when I got served she didn't say hello or are you okay today which I thought was very rude. After that I walked out of the shop with the wrong change she had given me. She gave me 1p instead of a pound therefore I walked back in to tell her, to which she sighed and tutted at me. She didn't even apologise for the mistake and made me feel like a waste of time. I think her name was Liz?
